Minwoo was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions promptly, and provided clear, detailed instructions for pickup and return, which made the entire process seamless. The Toyota Sienna was clean, comfortable, reliable, and exactly as described. It drove beautifully throughout our trip, and we had absolutely no issues.

The host made it very easy to pick up the vehicle before our trip. He was extremely responsive to any and all messages left in the Turo app.
