Description
This 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan rides like a car but is super utilitarian when it comes to getting stuff done. The stow and go seating means you can seat 7 comfortably or you can stow the seats in the floor for cargo capacity. AC WORKS GREAT..FRONT AND REAR Push button sliding side and rear doors. Plus it is at just the right height to get in and out of the vehicle comfortably. I use it to transport my parents to doctor for that reason. Your car will be clean inside and out. There is no car wash fee. Have fun. I'll get it washed when you get back. But if you're near Arlington Heights you can always get it washed free once a day from the staff at Driven Car Wash....2100 s Arlington Heights road. Please be confident that when you rent one of my vehicles that they are well maintained. I use an ASE certified shop for all my repairs and I regularly change brakes and tires. I understand that what you are transporting is more valuable than dollars.

Car booking was easy peasy, car pick up was super easy and easy to find… Ted was super awesome! Very attentive to everything no matter how early or late it was! Car was super smooth, clean and super gas saver! Big enough for my little family to sit comfortably. Driver seat was also surprisingly soft and comfortable. Definitely will book with Ted again!

He was a great host, easy pick up and drop off.
Vehicle was very spacious, brakes and tires worked great.
Only issue we mainly had was the battery life of the vehicle was giving us problems, and the van during pick up wasn’t cleaned. Though it wasn’t too bad, because the vehicle was ready early morning for us to pick up so we tidied it up real quick.
Although we had a few hiccups during our trip, Ted was very apologetic and made things right.
I look forward to renting one of Ted’s other vehicles soon.

Yes. Guest is correct. Battery went out during trip. Vehicle not cleaned to my standards. Guest was compensated for the inconvenience.
