The owner of the vehicle was very nice and my trip was successful overall. Unfortunately, we did run into a few issues during the rental. The front driver-side wheel was shaking, which made me concerned that something might be wrong, although we did check and it appeared to be tightened properly. Additionally, the front USB charging port did not work, and the vehicle was not as clean as it should have been upon pickup. The owner of the vehicle was very nice and my trip was successful overall.

I will have vehicle inspected and repaired immediately.

5***** We took this van on a rood trip and I was impressed. It ran like a champ. It has been well maintained. My one complaint, is that the doors don't seal well, it sound's like you have your windows cracked. Tom was all so great, helpful and easy to deal with.

Ted was fantastic to rent from, I had absolutely zero complaints with the vehicle! I recommend him and the van to absolutely anyone!
