This 2019 dodge grand caravan sxt rides like a car but is super utilitarian when it comes to getting stuff done. The stow and go seating means you can seat 7 comfortably or you can stow the seats in the floor for cargo capacity. AC WORKS GREAT FRONT AND REAR Push button sliding side and rear doors Plus it is at just the right height to get in and out of. I use it to transport my parents to doctor for that reason. Your car will be clean inside and out when you pick it up or have it delivered. The is no car wash fee. Have fun. I'll get it washed when you get back. But if you're near Arlington Heights you can always get it washed free once a day from the staff at Driven C ar Wash... 2100 s. Arlington Heights road Please be confident when you rent one of my vehicles that they are well maintained. I use an ASE certified shop for all my repairs and I regularly change brakes and tires. I understand what you are transporting is more valuable than dollars

I recently used the Turo app for the first time, and my experience was far from ideal. I checked the reviews and ratings before booking this car, and everything seemed positive. However, the reality was that this vehicle clearly needed repairs and proper maintenance, which I only discovered after renting it for a week-long trip.
On the third day, the car simply wouldn’t start – the battery was completely dead. I’m knowledgeable about cars, so I know for certain that I didn’t leave anything on that could drain the battery. Even after fixing this issue myself, the car continued to behave oddly, which leads me to believe there are deeper issues with the electronics. Additionally, the suspension urgently needs attention; it feels like the rear axle might fall off during driving, and the steering pulls to one side on the highway.
The windshield washer on the driver’s side doesn’t work, and I even found mold in the second-row cupholders. The car wasn’t clean when I picked it up; coffee stains covered the door panels, and I had to clean it myself since I didn’t have time to cancel due to non-refundable bookings.
To top it off, the registration sticker on the plate was torn, and there were no essential documents in the car, including the registration that Turo requires to be present in rentals. Although the owner promised to send a photo of the registration, that never happened.
Overall, I cannot recommend this car. It is not in a condition suitable for rental, and anyone renting it risks experiencing similar or worse issues.
