The can was not in the best shape to be on the road. Bad tires, wheel alignment, tire rodes are needed. Ted was helpful in assisting for new tire

full suspension repair set for tomorrow also new brakes and tires. won't happen again
Ted was amazing helping me out with a mechanical issue with the vehicle I was renting at 1am. He was able to pick me up, bring me back home, and allow me to get a refund! I appreciate you Ted and I’ll be looking forward to working with you again 😊

Although Ted was really nice and the pick up was great if I wasn’t in a rush the day I picked up honestly I would’ve have canceled. The interior of the car was damaged and dirty. But I was like I’ll just document it and hit the road. This vehicle was not safe for my road trip to my daughter’s college. In the rain we were sliding, it kept doing a kickback when I would accelerate, and on turns on dry payment I felt like I had no control. It caused a lot of anxiety 😥

This is the perfect family car! The bucket seats in the back make all the difference. It also has a spot to plug in laptops and portable devices which was super convenient. Comfortable ride and will definitely rent in the future. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you!
