No major issues with the vehicle (but several smaller issues like the check engine light coming on), but the owner was not very responsive through messaging. It makes me wonder how long we might have had to wait on the side of the road if the vehicle had had major issues. But like I said, the vehicle was fine, but 4-stars due to the lack of prompt communication (most messages were auto-sends)

We had an issue with the automatic message regarding pickup. We thought it was down the street less than a mile from our home but the message from the renter asked for us to pickup at hobby airport fine parking. They did not have the car and I had to drive 40 minutes back to pickup the car. With the gas prices I definitely lost 30 dollars worth of gas for this confusion. The car drove excellent and it was a great ride for a funeral. The renter did not have the best communication. I asked about the pickup confusion days before pickup but they never responded until one hour before pickup. For these reasons we need to deduct
