Darius was great at communicating and was there early for both pickup and drop off, making it very easy for us! The car was nice and clean and gets good gas mileage which is a plus!
We had an issue with the trunk (it stopped opening half way through the trip) and if we tried to lock the doors the alarm would go off randomly. It was just a computer issue, nothing anyone could have done. We were hoping for a partial refund on the trip but didn’t receive one which was a bummer.
Still a good experience overall though!
