You didn't fill up the gas at the end of your trip, that is 1 fee. And you were late pickng up the vehicle, hence the extra parking fee. We did refund the 1st 24hrs of parking as a courtesy. Don't worry, we won't do rent to you anymore. Don't be surprised when you get charged for not filling up the gas on your future Turo rentals.

The windshield had a huge crack and there were several external area of scratches and linear scrapes including the tire rim. The process was seamless and the owner did leave the car easy to find location from where my luggage on the turnstile. The car definitely could use a tuneup and cleaning. There were cups cd minor garbage a glove and sunglasses. All the photos taking and dropping off was nerve racking without dealing in person. But the process was easy.
