Responsive, helpful and willing to extend the car to help us out. Very courteous and appreciate the care he puts into helping others. Car was good condition and was easy to drive. It was very helpful for my husband who has a broken leg.

First time Turo customer. The mini van was in excellent condition. Plenty of space for our party of 6 adults. Had no issues with the vehicle the 7 days we used it. You could tell that the host took pride in maintaining vehicle in appearance and mechanical features. Only option to have when on a trip. Turo website and customer service is top notch. Thomas Edwards is an excellent host. He will work with you in personalizing your experience such as pickup and drop off vehicle. Always responded to any questions we had . He removed the stress of not having transportation at our destination. I like dealing with a local business person. Very affordable way of renting a vehicle.
