The car had an engine check light upon getting into it, along with the tire light being on. After adding air and driving it for miles to reset it, the light stayed on the entirety of the trip. It needed an alignment and the window button came off after we shut the door on the drivers side. It didn't allow us to raise back up. We found a way to get it up and found the button. Contacted the owner and they suggested to bring the vehicle to them to get scanned but that would have made issues for our timeline.
Thank you again for renting my vehicle and I apologize for the check engine light. After your return, a mechanic found it was simply a loose gas cap. The mechanic also confirmed there were no alignment issues, the window operates properly, and the tire pressure was good. Additionally, I never asked you to bring the vehicle to me; I offered to drive to your location at a time convenient for you, but I unfortunately never received a response from you.

Very good service, we loved this car and it was so convenient for all 7 of us :) we were visiting family and enjoyed so much. Pickup was so easy directly from the airport and instructions were very clear! Highly recommend this car and service!!
