Didn't get the car with a full tank then was charged for full tank after I got the car washed 🙃
Pre-trip photos were uploaded showing a full tank of gas. Tank was return around 3/4 full so an invoice request was sent for the cost of refilling.
Guest paid reimbursement without any communication. Unfortunately, I was unaware there was any concern with the invoice request until this review posted.

Van was fine. We had zero communication before hand, including pick up instructions. Van was reserved months before trip. We messaged day before arrival, as flight bumped up an hour. Never heard back. Upon arrival at airport messaged again and got our first response, saying that he was going to be a few minutes late from the original booked time with acknowledgement that he never sent the welcome message or instructions. We waited the hour and he pulled up, took photos and left. We didn't know where the exit card was and didn't know return instructions. When we messaged to ask about that on the last day the replies were condescending, as he said we had been informed. We had three rentals on this trip, this was the least communicative and the only one that was not there when we arrived; attitude in communication was not appreciated.
Guest’s wife asked last minute for a time change, yet did not change the time in the system. She was rude/passive aggressive throughout communication. I never stated I would be late. Vehicle was delivered at booked time.
At drop off, I provided return instructions and exit card location (cup holder). She later tried to berate me for not giving the info. I simply reminded her I had and repeated instructions.
My reviews show consistent history of guests appreciating my good communication.

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
