John was absolutely great! We had an unexpected maintenance issue that was not our fault or his. We were stuck on a mountain with no service, and he came with a car to switch right away! Communicated very well! If we come back, we will definitely try to use John again!

John had a nice transition on the minivan. We picked it up and dropped it off in the short term parking lot. Very easy. The van was everything I would expect from a rental company.

John's van was great for our family's 13 days trip to Alaska. We were able to go straight from baggage claim to the van which was great after a red eye flight. Easy communication, check in and out.
