Great van, smooth ride, easy pick up, great communication. Helped family during vacation in alaska. Would recommend and rent again.

Vehicle was good other than we got a flat tire and there was no spare. I had to call a company to come to us and I paid for that with no problem, but The tires were old and the flat had to be replaced and the Turo owner would not refund me the cost of the tire even though there was no spare in the vehicle and the flat wasn’t caused by a nail or anything we could see. It was a side wall and he basically got a new tire on our dime. I did not feel this was fair at all.

Tires are in good condition. Renter got a puncture in the sidewall while driving after having the vehicle for a week. This van does not come from the factory with a spare tire, it comes with an air pump.
Easy pickup and drop off. Got a flat tire on the first day but Noah sent someone out fast to fix it. Great attentiveness.
