The host was very attentive to my needs. I was unsafe in the vehicle that I rented. The tires were at the tread and lost traction in the rain. The host made sure I got another vehicle. I had my dad inspect that vehicle, and it too was unsafe. I’m grateful for the second vehicle finally receiving adequate oil. If my dad wasn’t at this funeral with me, I may have been next… This was my first Turo experience, and will be my last for a while. The host never discounted the service or refunded me a penny for the potential harm I was in. It rained a lot in Utah. I had 3 young children with me. Make sure to check your tires and oil when you rent these vehicles. I thought that was a no brainer.
