The car was very clean and in very good shape. Our family drove it to the beach for the week and it was perfect very spacious and excellent gas mileage. The host was very professional we will definitely rent from them again

We're so sorry to hear this. When we drop the vehicle off we did not smell anything abnormal in the vehicle and this is the first complaint we've ever had on a abnormal smell. We will definitely do our diligence on ensuring this does not happen again. We're very sorry for your experience and will absolutely do whatever we can to fix the issue
