Thank you for your review. I looked over the car seats that we provided you for your children during this trip and I don't see anything wrong with the car seats? They are in very good condition. No rips or tears. No stains on the material. All of the appropriate straps are there for the child safety. Less than 12 months old. Im not sure what it is that needs updated about them. I wish you would have mentioned this to us during your reservation so we know what you felt needed to be updated.
The car was clean and well maintained. Instructions were clear and communication made everything very smooth. Highly recommend!
