this was my first time using Turo so granted I did have questions. The response time was as a little longer than expected from host but overall did address my concerns and questions when he was available. My family and I rented the Odyssey and although the car did get us from A-B there was considerable issues. To start, the car definitely needs new brake pads as you need to press all the way down on the pedal to make the car slow down and when you do step on the brake the whole steering wheel rumbles. You can only open the trunk with the remote fob, passenger side sliding door lock mechanism doesn’t work so when you try to unlock the car you have to hit the switch manually. There is a crack in the windshield. There is no check engine light on but the car does feel like it’s definitely missing some power to it I’ve owned the same exact car before so I know the ins and outs of it. Also I’m not sure if this is marked as an 8 passenger but there is only 7 seats in the van. The middle seat second row is missing so if you need all 8 seats be weary it only has 7

The only issue we had was with pick up, I had to pick up from the airport which caused us to accumulate some extra miles. But overall was a good experience.
