Host was easy to work with and the pick up and drop off process was good. However the rear breaks on this vehicle were completely shot, like, metal on metal grinding noises every time we stopped. This really needs to be addressed

Car quality is terrible brakes sound bad, tire had issues, tire had to be refilled multiple times and a tire has wire showing
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
