Everything was great with the vehicle. When we went to return the vehicle, no one was at the shop. No one would answer the phone text messages or messages on Turo app. They had sent us an email that stated to return at the airport leave the car parked on floor seven or eight but no instructions on where to put the key. Several other cars in the parking lot had the key on the front driver side tire that is what we did with the key. Again, I continued to try to contact John, but the cell phone was off and there was no response for messages. There was six of us traveling we could not chance missing our flight. Now they are trying to process a $500 payment for a missing key. Terrible communication I would not recommend going through this.

The van was great and just as described. It was easy to pickup and drop-off, as they are close to the airport. The van was in great condition and the gas mileage was awesome. We would rent from them again.
