I’ve booked 3x and Everytime I booked I’ve never gotten the car I booked for 2x I’ve booked and the car smelled like straight weed. The last time I booked It was so bad at a point my 4 year old complained saying it’s to strong and his head hurts. They will cancel or change reservation at the last minute where I can’t even get a new booking else where I’ve gotten notified that the car is unavailable literally day of on all 3 incidents maybe 30 mins to 1hr prior to needing the car. I’ve contacted host to know what car was I getting because via the app it says that it’s one plate number and whole time he has a different plate on it. It took 1.5hrs for me get a response and it was “yea”

I’ve booked a dodge durango and gotten the Nissan Altima.
They don’t even compensate you for the inconvenience or say I can work out something because on my end I’ve messed up instead I get notified of charges. If you could book elsewhere do so because it’s not worth the hassle
