Car had many issues, was dirty and was not maintained well. The latch for the hood would not close and since I needed to drive on the highway this caused a disruption in my travel plans. If you’re renting out a vehicle, it needs to function properly and needs to be cleaned throughly. Do better as a host. Will not book again.

Alex was very nice and very helpful. The only issue I had to do is the car was missing a bug nut and I had to go get a lug nut, then go get a lug nut wrench to put the nut on the car so this is my issue.

Great booking ! Car ran smoothly, bluetooth wasn’t hard to pair, good on gas, and super easy to check in and grab keys. Alex was very nice and helpful also.

This host was very kind and communicative and helpful. However the car doesn’t really look like pictures. The front bumper was barely held on with duct tape that kept falling off and I had to reattach it. It was also really dirty, like dirt and tons of bird poop but I couldn’t take it through the car wash because of the front bumper. A check engine light and another dash light were on which was concerning. Also the high beams didn’t work which made night driving scary and the windows are so dark tinted it was hard to adjust at night. Overall disappointing but the engine works and will get you from here to there.
