I had an excellent experience renting this 2019 Nissan Sentra. The host was outstanding with communication from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off instructions were clear, parking expectations were straightforward, and I never felt confused or unsure at any point. It was a very smooth and professional process.
The car itself was exactly as listed and worked perfectly. The engine ran smoothly, there were no issues at all, and everything functioned as expected. The AC, Bluetooth, and all features worked without any problems, and the Bluetooth was especially easy to connect. The car is comfortable, easy to handle, and feels like a newer-generation vehicle on the road.
Gas mileage was excellent. I drove locally between Windsor and Detroit and only used about half a tank, needing to refuel just once before returning the vehicle. Very efficient and cost-effective.
What I appreciated most is that there were no surprises. No hidden fees, no unexpected issues, and no “gotchas.” You truly get what you pay for, and in this case, it exceeded expectations. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and nothing was broken or out of place.
This is honestly a hidden gem. The car is classy, well-priced, conveniently located, and extremely easy to access. The host clearly knows what they are doing and takes great care of both the car and the renter experience.
I have rented cars many times before, including airport rentals, and even though I’ve only used Turo twice, this stands out as one of the best rental experiences I’ve had overall. If I had the chance, I would absolutely rent this car again.
