Car was good little difficult for new person over all okay better to call real person when any thing not understanding parking fees $23 to high
All instructions are clearly outlined and have been successfully followed by thousands of guests. The parking fee is disclosed upfront in the booking details. It seems the issue was from not reviewing the provided information carefully. Following the directions would have avoided any confusion.
