First gear seems like it is slipping but other than that the car worked great. The only thing about turo is if you are late picking up there is anxiety they will cancel your trip and it could be equal to a “no show” where you may not get your money back. My flight was much later than expected when I booked my rental. This did not happen to me but I had a panic it would. I was charged an extra $23 for parking because I was late. This wouldn’t happen with a rental place. Others than that everything else seemed to go smoothly

This rating is not fair. As long as you communicate with us - we would not cancel your trip. We parked the car based on you start of trip - if that was delayed - we cannot control that and we should not be responsible for the additional parking especially when you did not submit anything to change your start time or communicate with us. If you need complete flexibility and are not willing to pay extra parking cost based on your delay, perhaps the less convenient rental companies are for you.
The lower gears were weird but it was a good car, great gas mileage
