Pickup was a little confusing. I thought I had to take a shuttle but it was right out of the doors where baggage claim is. The car was in decent shape, tires were good, gas was full.
That is unfortunate that we got dinged for your confusion.
In all of our trips - the parking explanation appears to be good. Did you review the instructions or have ideas on how to make better?
