It appears that you did not pay attention to the very detailed instructions that were provided. We have had thousands of trips and people operate with the instructions with no problem at all. You reachedl out in the middle of the night outside of normal business hours looking for information that was clearly provided in detailed instructions that you chose not to read.

Your rating is unfair. After asking you twice which airline you were arriving on and no response from you we had to make a decision to leave it in the garage. You also did not follow our directions and parked in short term parking versus long-term parking when you return the car. Once again, your rating is not accurate.
