Pretsky is a great host! I always rent my cars through this host and have never been disappointed. Car ran great and communication was clear and frequent.

Cast was parked at wrong terminal but after that it was smooth sailing.
Your rating is unfair. After asking you twice which airline you were arriving on and no response from you we had to make a decision to leave it in the garage. You also did not follow our directions and parked in short term parking versus long-term parking when you return the car. Once again, your rating is not accurate.
