Very satisfied with rental. Book the car and within next 4 hours I could pick it up. The owner was responding quickly and giving detailed instructions.

The car was very reliable and got from point a to b. Some minor things like dim headlights, squeaky breaks, just maintenance kind of things but overall car was reliable and got the job done. Host was very helpful and attentive.

The owners were super friendly. Even came out when I missed the directions they provided on how to start the car. The only thing that made me nervous was possibly the sound of the tires. It made the ride sound like a helicopter but it got us to our convention and for that we are thankful

A couple of reasons why I did not give this rental 5 stars.
When I arrived at the pickup location, the first thing I noticed was how dirty the exterior was. There was mud and dirt all around the tires, making the vehicle look as though it had recently been driven through muddy conditions. It was not a great first impression.
Once inside the vehicle, I immediately noticed a very strong odor. The smell was unpleasant enough that I drove with all the windows down, yet I could still smell it throughout the trip.
The car itself drove well, and I had no issues with its performance. The host’s communication was also good. However, for the price I paid for a one-day rental, I expected a much cleaner vehicle. As someone who rents through Turo on a regular basis, I truly appreciate hosts who take the time to ensure their vehicles are clean, fresh, and ready for guests. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
While the car drove fine and the host was responsive, the cleanliness and odor issues significantly impacted my experience. Because of that, I would not rent this vehicle again.

Also my vehicle has no any bad smell. I can not put any car perfume or odor because most people has allergies.
I am washing and sanitizing inside and outside my vehicles including Honda civic all after the trips and before the trips. Thank you been honest!
