Reliable clean car, owner was easy to communicate with

Host was ok, car was completely horrible though. Once I hit the highway the car was shaking something serious. That car should not be on the road at all. Unfortunately I had to turn the car back in the same day because I didn’t feel comfortable. I should’ve known better than to rent a 2011 Ford Focus but unfortunately it was the only car available. I feel like that car is a cheap buy for others to make money on because that thing is horrible. I learned the hard way that a lot of Turo cars are like this. Hopefully I’m able to get a full refund because that car experience messed up an entire day I had planned
