I usually don’t like writing bad reviews and my experiences with Turo have usually been great but I was really frustrated with this turo experience. The car’s front headlight was out upon pick up making me anxious my whole trip. I did message the owners who then told me I could take it in myself to get it fixed at a Firestone since they couldn’t do anything else to help and they would reimburse me. This was a major inconvenience for me since I’m not from Utah so I’m not familiar with the areas. My flight landed from Hawaii late at night so this being the outcome of my landing was not a good experience and I was in town for a funeral and a family reunion so I was very busy and wouldn’t be able to fit that into my schedule. Other problems of the car were the AC it was finicky, there were blemishes on the car from prior drivers. Overall it did get me from point A to point B but the fact that the car had issues and they weren’t able to help out with it other than having me take it in myself is the reasoning for my rating.

The car is in a convenient location, near the airport. It was clean and in excellent condition despite being old, we connected the phones with bluetooth. It was perfect for our road trip. Super efficient and flexible host, allowed us to extend the stay due to the flight delay.
