Best experience on Turo I’ve had, clean car, and fast pick up

The staff at this rental company were super friendly and helpful. They were proactive and assisted with any issues super fast. We had an issue with the car but they were fast to reply to help us try to solve it. The display screen on the computer and the radio completely froze and stopped working. It ended up being an easy fix but it happened while we were driving which was very stressful and inconvenient. The car didn’t drive very smooth either. It took a while to speed up to normal speeds and going up hills the car seemed to struggle. I think the car needs to be serviced which would have made our experience overall better.
