The check in and check out photos speak for themselves. The vehicle was fully inspected and in excellent condition before the trip. It was returned with damage and a check engine light on. The guest initially denied any responsibility, but after Turo approved the damage claim, their story changed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting to this guest.
