The car was there when we needed it and it was clean host was very nice about giving us a phone cord my phone was dead when I arrived communication was easy first time using this app

Thank you for the review and glad to hear the Subaru ran well and kept you cool. Just to clarify, this was a midnight pickup (12:30 AM) when parking was almost full. We arrived right on time and spent just a few extra minutes searching for the most convenient spot right outside your door so you could easily find the car. We shared you the parking location at 12:37 AM and it’s in message. We always strive to be prompt and make things as easy as possible.
