My last minute decision to take a quick road trip was made simpler with the accommodations provided by host, Nadine! I extended my trip by more than a week, and the communication remained consistent and professional throughout. Pickup and drop-off were seamless. Car was clean, and rode perfectly! The car is so good on gas, I’m considering a trade-in😂 20/10, DO recommend!

Terrible house terrible experience with Toro as well. Customer service is shiet. Would not recommend booking this host. They knew their car had a catalytic converter code with the check engine light on that they decided to clear before rental. It came on almost immediately. Once picking the car up we contacted them. Let them know. They said the car was safe to drive and to continue with the trip within 24 hours. The car would not even start nor could I make it home from work on a Friday. I got off of work at 4 PM. Did not get any help until 7:30 PM. Toro‘s customer service is the worst. I was told by the host of the vehicle. They can’t do anything or help me but to leave the keys in the lock box so that they can have it towed back to their home. I was left without any vehicle or any transportation to get to my next reservation. I was told by Turo that I need to book my own reservation And they will not provide transportation. I was on the phone with Toro for about two hours and about 20 different representatives finally got somebody to help me out. I don’t know what they have going on over there, but I do not recommend this host nor do I recommend booking with Turo in the future. All around this was a terrible experience.

We responded promptly and advised based on the information provided. Turo manages roadside and support, and we followed their process throughout.
