The communication with the owner was okay, but the condition of the vehicle was far from what I expected. I honestly do not believe this car is roadworthy or safe to be rented out. The brakes were bad, the AC kept going in and out, and the lights were doing the same thing. The car also appeared to have been wrecked on the right side. On top of that, there was a horrible odor inside the vehicle that was so strong I am still trying to get the smell out of my clothes. This was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I understand this is a 2013 vehicle, but that does not mean it shouldn’t be properly maintained and safe for customers to drive. I would not recommend renting this vehicle until these issues are addressed, especially the safety concerns.
