The car drove well, but there were several issues. The trip details were provided a little late after check-in time, the seats were dirty, Full Self Driving was promised but never provided, and the response to my charging issue was slower than expected. Better communication, cleanliness, and follow-through would have made this a better experience

The hosts were great this is my first time using turo and they answered all my questions and got back to me in really quick time I would definitely recommend them and the the tesla 3
