The car was disgustingly dirty. The tires were bald and one even had a hole in it. If I hadn’t lost my ID I’d of went with a different rental. Unfortunately this was the only one that would accept a picture of my ID. Makes sense now

We did replace all 4 tires after your trip, it was back to back reservation and we didn't get a chance to do that before.
