Car was fine. I’ve rented through Turo many multiple times at same airport….. I’ve never had to take a picture of myself and plate of the car when picking up a car before. Instructions were not clear to me that I had to that at time of arrival. When arriving on a delayed flight at 1am in the morning, a little unsettling. Also had to pay $28 to get car out of hourly parking. Never paid more than $8 at the same airport on 6 prior trips
Hi Michael, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Turo requires us to verify the driver’s identity with a photo, as noted in our instructions. We park the vehicle near the reservation time to reduce costs; however, since your arrival was delayed, the extra parking time was beyond our control. We’re glad the vehicle met your needs and appreciate your feedback.

This rating is for Turo and the car. The car is a Toyota it ran and drives fine, although the rear passenger side tire had to be filled up with air because it was down to 23 psi. When I filled the tire up I noticed the tire was very worn. Honestly I would never let my cars get that low. My guess was less than 1/8”. When ending my trip we agreed to change the drop off site and the Turo app had issues so I was waiting at the car for 30min. Ended up talking to Turo Customer service and they told me to send the location of the car to the host and I could leave. Ugh
