I expected a better experience. The vehicle and service did not meet my expectations, and the overall rental process was disappointing. I hope improvements are made for future customers.

This was a really lovely car, so smooth to drive and was an easy pick up as well. Will definitely be renting again!

Car was nice, Car remote died and after no help from neither Turo support or the host I tried to fix it myself and was told by an auto zone employee the key was fake after being told by the host it was original
I provided a key to a brand new clean car the vehicle doesn’t have any fake key it’s so unfortunate some people find ways to find something wrong when they are wrong !!! But this false narrative needs to stop especially if someone provides great services, clean vehicle and great hospitality , just appreciate it instead of making false narratives.. i didn’t gave you any faulty key I gave you fully working key at the time of your trip !! Thank you for booking!!!

Easy pickup, great communication, car was exactly as advertised. I will definitely rent from this host again in the future. Great on gas, great handling, amazing all around.
