I cannot recommend renting from this host. I was instructed to return the vehicle immediately, only to later learn from Turo that I had only received a warning and was not required to end my trip. The host stopped responding to my calls and messages when I tried to get clarification, leaving me confused and stranded. The lack of communication and misinformation completely disrupted my plans. I expected much better service and professionalism.

My trip was very good.
There were some misunderstandings however I blame myself since this was my first trip with Turo and I didn't understand the process so well
The car was in great shape but if renting be sure to get the adapters to charge at not Tesla charging locations.
The car is an older model and the charge loss is on the rapid side...that is fine except a lot of the Tesla chargers are broken and not having the adapter to use other chargers is a problem.
Generally a very good experience.

The car was great, no issues at all with the car. However we did have some difficulties on delivery day.
The vehicle was not dropped off at the spot that we discussed, despite paying extra for the vehicle to be dropped there. We then had to wait over an hour for an uber, because the spot in which the vehicle was dropped was not walkable from our previously agreed upon drop spot. Host denied a refund for the service which we did not receive.
When we got to the vehicle, we had to stand by the vehicle and wait about 15 minutes for the host to finally give us access.
On top of that, the vehicle was delivered with a dead battery so we immediately had to go charge the vehicle.
That is about 3 hours of our vacation that we lost and a huge stressor/inconvenience due to the host dropping the ball.
