The rental was a last minute decision due to a family emergency so I'm grateful but there was complications. There was possibly a system error with confirming the pick up and drop off location. The vehicle really needs maintenance before it's next trip. New windshield wipers (I was caught in a downpour and if I wasn't an experienced driver I could've hurt myself or someone else), the car started shaking as soon as I got on the highway and the breaks squeaked and squealed the entire ride. The host was very sweet during the process I would love to mention!

Guest safety is my highest priority. The vehicle is routinely maintained, the brakes were recently replaced, and the wipers are in good condition. While heavy rain can sometimes reduce visibility, I appreciate your feedback and will continue providing a safe, reliable vehicle for every guest.
