The vehicle had a cigarette odor, seats had stains here and there. The car is loud and drives rough. Communication was slow at times with Tiago.

Regarding communication, we respectfully disagree: messages were answered promptly and courteously. The only delay was about 13 minutes while I was driving. The Mirage is an economy vehicle focused on affordability and fuel efficiency; guests seeking additional comfort and refinement may prefer a premium-category vehicle.
