When I arrived to start my trip, the host informed me that the keys had been locked in the car. This happened there the day before, but he waited until the time my trip started to check the car. Due to this, I had to wait outside for an hour before I could actually pickup the car, losing time and money. The host offered some kind of reimbursement, but never followed through. The gas tank also wasn’t full.
