Car was dirty when picking it up

He said the crack on the windshield happened last night or that morning, but when I checked the previous reviews , I’ve realized that he lied to me. It was cracked way before. They told the same lie to the other people probably.
He dropped the car off 30mins late saying he waited for the car wash to open but the car wasn’t washed.
They didn’t answer the messages when I was ready to return the car I had to call them to make sure they pick up the car.
The car had over 127k miles.
Other than these, it was a good experience.
