Host was hard to get ahold of and took a while to reply to my messages/ approve my license in order for me to access the instructions on how to locate the vehicle. Car was nice and worked as it should. It’s not mentioned on the advertisement but be prepared to pay to access the car when you arrive from the parking lot.

Pickup was great. So easy to do from the South Econ lot. Description of the location and instructions made it easy.
The car, wow. Experiencing Florida with a convertible just made every trip so much fun. The red is an eye turner. The tuned exhaust also helped! The car ran flawlessly. It drove so nice. Everything from breaks to wipers worked great. What a fun car to drive. Great sound system too.
I had a little hiccup with a tire, but communication was great and we worked together to resolve it. The flexibility was appreciated and it didn’t take long before we were off and running.
This was a great experience. It really added some joy to my trip. THANK YOU!

From the complaint, it appears the issue was a tire puncture caused by a screw, as shown in the photo, which only required a simple repair.
What seems unusual is that the vehicle was used for several days without any reported issues, and only on the last day was criticism raised about a vehicle that has consistently maintained a 5-star rating.
That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service.
