I apologize if anything our team did caused you any discomfort.
From the complaint, it appears the issue was a tire puncture caused by a screw, as shown in the photo, which only required a simple repair.
What seems unusual is that the vehicle was used for several days without any reported issues, and only on the last day was criticism raised about a vehicle that has consistently maintained a 5-star rating.
That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service.

The car was great and ran wonderfully! However, it had a bit of an ant problem in the back seat. They swarmed the car seat and covered my daughter. I wish I could add pictures to show you. The customer service at the end was a bit disappointing. I’m not saying the car wasn’t great; it was. But the back seat’s cleanliness with ants was a bit of a letdown. I had to clean the entire back seat and wipe everything on the car. If you’re looking for an experience with ants, this car might be the one for you!
I’ll apologize to you again, as I’ve already done twice via chat. However, I disagree with your statement, as you did not send me any photos or videos of what happened. The vehicles are cleaned and photos are taken at delivery, and there was nothing. The only thing you did was complain at the time of delivery and request a refund, saying that you would only review the rental after my response. Due to the denial, this was your review.

Fun car. Took a bit to figure out all the buttons for putting the top down and windows down. Had a couple of questions for the host. I was probably more annoying asking questions than the host wanted. Lol. But all was good. The car is clean and fun and pretty but a little loud
