The were a foul smell in the car when I picked it up. The car had less than half tank of gas in it. The car description stated that parking will be $7. I ended up paying $42. I contacted the host about the issue. He stated to send the receipt. After I sent him the receipt, he stated that he'll send me a reimbursement after the trip ends. After the trip ended, the host has stopped picking up my calls, texts, and communications via Turo app. He did not send me a reimbursement. I reported it to Turo and they will reimburse me because the host ghosted me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOST. BEWARE!!!
Sade. I do want to clarify the record for anyone reading. Parking fees are clearly stated in the listing as ranging from $7 to $28, a range you personally acknowledged in our messages before pickup you provided Turo with a version of events that does not align with the documented conversation history in this app. I was responsive throughout this trip and all communications are on record. I wish you the best and hope future experiences are handled with more honesty.

Car was filthy, debris and hair everywhere. Also reeked of marijuana for the entire 3 days we used it. Will not rent again.
