Transmission light came on as soon as I pulled off. Car was shakey while driving. Host offered to have car checked out but it was already too late. I don’t want to bash the person because they were responsive; but a transmission is a serious deal.

To clarify, it was incorrectly stated that the transmission light was illuminated. We checked the car's diagnostics and there was no indication of a transmission issue. We offered to come to you to check the car out in-person and you did not respond for days despite continuingto drive the vehicle. We apologize if your experience was less than you expected.

Host and pick up location were great! The car not so much- it was very clean but was in desperate need of an alignment, would shake a great deal on the highway if you went above 60mph. And the tires were bald. Otherwise the trip was great. Host was responsive and the location was perfect. Just note the plates on this car are from New Jersey so we did end up having to pay extra at all beaches in CT.
