This BMW was fantastic. Well kept and performed as it should. Meeting host was a pleasure. I would definitely rent again when I come back.

If I could put a zero 0️⃣, I would in a heartbeat!
The trip was a total disaster, thanks to the car breaking down, and having to sit on the side of an interstate work zone. 45 minutes after the State Trooper spoke with a Turo representative, explaining the sense of urgency to get my car towed as soon as possible, I reached out to Turo, per the state troopers directive, only to find that Turo hadn’t even found a driver yet. That’s when the state trooper insisted that it be towed by a Local tow service since we were in so much danger being on the side of an interstate, in a work zone.. Turo didn’t care. Could not provide a car for me and told me I had to take an Uber for $475, or I could drive to Rochester, NY and take a train! Duh! I have no car!!! I now have to fight for a refund from the time the car broke down on Thursday at 2:30 in the afternoon when I just picked up the car on Wednesday morning at 11 AM. Not only am I speaking out here, I will be sure to never recommend Turo to anyone! As a matter of fact, I will even go out of my way as to deter anybody from renting from Turo. The left hand never knew what the right hand was doing and again ruined my vacation!!

... and there it is my 1st 1 star review every once in a while a Karen will pop up in your life. There was a fluke incident where the fuel pump got too hot so the car decelerated and shutdown. I bent over backwards trying to help her and Turo gave us both the runaround, with vague and incorrect assurances which is what she was mainy pissed at. so, because Turo help was absolutely no help I py the price for a bad review.
Frank is an excellent, friendly, helpful, and attentive host! The car was fabulous!! So fun to drive! I will definitely try to rent it again in the future! Nothing like a convertible in the summer sunshine! OR ANY TIME 🥰 !
