Tire issue, loud humm from engine, car ran fine my

It was unfortunate to have a tire issue at 7 pm on a saturday night but that's why the roadside assistance is there. As far as the hum, i certainly wouldn't say it has a loud hum and nobody else has had that issue. Sorry your experience wasn't as good as i would have liked but i think you are being a bit nit-picky if i'm being honest.
Car was clean and well maintained. Great communication with fast responses. Highly recommend.
