As advertised, good deal for our trip and very convenient in/ out of the airport parking lot.

While the host was polite and responsive, the car had significant safety issues that cut my trip short. Before pickup, the vehicle had a reported tire problem. The host delayed the start date by a day to resolve it, but once I began driving, the warming sign came on and the tires started making a loud screeching noise. Because the issue wasn't properly resolved, I had to cancel the reservation early for safety reasons.

Turo has false advertising regarding reimbursement of airport parking fees. Also, credit card company rental insurance and personal auto insurance co's will not covee Turo rentals, you are forced to use Turo's protection plans. Any savings is taken by that.
