We had a great experience with this rental. The car was clean, fun to drive, and had a smooth ride with no mechanical issues. It also got excellent gas mileage, which was a big plus for our trip. The SunPass made getting around even easier.
This was my first time booking a rental like this, and Carlos was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for us to have a great time. The small welcome touch (a pack of gum) was thoughtful and appreciated.
The car is compact, but we were pleasantly surprised with how much we could fit. With the back seat down, we managed two adults, one pre-teen, three pieces of luggage, and two backpacks. That said, the trunk space alone is limited and likely only fits one suitcase. So if you have all four seats occupied the space remaining for luggage will be limited. But that should be expected with this little beetle!
A couple of things to note: pickup required traveling from our arrival terminal, so it’s important to plan ahead if you’re unfamiliar with the airport layout. Drop-off directions initially led us to the employee parking lot, but airport staff were very helpful in redirecting us, and it ended up being close by.
Overall, a smooth and enjoyable rental experience—we’d definitely rent again!
