Most Turo experiences are fine… but this one was on a completely different level. From start to finish, the host operated like a private concierge service—communication was fast, instructions were clear, and pickup/return were effortless.
The car was spotless inside and out, fueled, tire pressures perfect, and exactly as advertised (if not better).
I travel and rent frequently, and I can confidently say this host understands the assignment: reliability, professionalism, and respect for the renter’s time.
