So easy and such a clean car

Car was as expected and great to drive around. I docked a star because pick up and drop off was a bit confusing. Owner was very quick to respond with help so I appreciated that. Overall, trip went well!
Hello See. We are sorry the Wilmington Airport parking lot is under construction. This does make it confusing to navigate. We did supply pics, details, and even texted a video with clear instructions. We are not sure what else we could have done. ILM parking is a nightmare right now and we are all doing the best we can. When you said you had trouble we called immediately and quickly got you to the car. We know the parking is a mess at the Airport, but it is not of our doing. Thank you!
